• Conduct research and development of stable cosmetic products, including formulation and testing.
• Ensure that all products meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Provide technical support to customers and internal stakeholders and troubleshooting.
• Manage product documentation and maintain accurate records of product testing and development.
• Works with production to scale-up laboratory processes for manufacturing of cosmetic in plant.
• Performs Stability testing for products to ensure long term performance as per industry standards.
• Ability to work effectively with QC, Production, ensure quality, and maintain competitive high-quality products.
